Q. Do you restock items that are "Sold Out" or on "Back Order"?
A. Unfortunately, we do not restock items that are listed as “Sold Out”. We do however restock items listed as “Back Order”. You may check with our Sales Department in regards to availability of a certain item. Send an email to with the product SKU# and your question.

Q. How soon can I expect my order?
A. Orders are processed Mon-Fri only. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. The delivery can take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days. Our shipping carrier is UPS. For more info visit the UPS website.

Q. Can I modify or cancel my order?
A. We pride ourselves in efficient service therefore we cannot cancel and/or modify an order after it has been submitted. Somebody is already working on it and chances are it has already left the warehouse. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it might cause.

Q. How do I check my order status?
A. You may log in and view the status in your personal profile on You may also check your email. We notify you when your order has been shipped. It might take up to 48 hours for order status to be updated. Please keep that in mind.

Q. What kind of methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Q. Do I need to register?
A. It is recommended to register to make the use of this site easier. Our registration process is fast and free. Once you register, your billing and shipping information will be stored in your profile to ensure fast and smooth check out. If any of your information changes at any point of time simply go to your profile and update it. You can also update it during your next check out.
